How to Get Started

Beginner Routes:

  • CFS 28-Day Jump into Fitness Program Option B (see below)
  • CFS Group Intro to Crossfit (sessions run every few months)
  • Attend CFS MOVE and/or CFS Health classes
  • Personal Training

Intermediate/Advanced Routes:

  • CFS 28-Day Jump into Fitness Program Option A (see below)
  • CFS Group Intro to Crossfit (sessions run every few months)
  • Attend CFS MOVE and/or CFS Health classes
  • Personal Training
  • If comfortable with movement, jump into CFS Classic classes right away! Try a complimentary drop-in class to see if our gym is right for you!

CFS Group Intro to Crossfit

Have you been wanting to try Crossfit but are not sure where to start? This class introduces you to our facility, familiarizes you with our class setup, and teaches you our common movements. All while getting a great workout in! After this session, you will have the tools you need to jump into our CFS Classic classes confidently.

  • 6 group sessions (3 weeks) of detailed instruction with one of our coaches.
  • You will then get a 2-week unlimited membership to get you started with regular classes!
  • Nutrition Foundations session included helping to fuel your fitness!

This session runs every couple of months. Check our social media or contact us for more information! Next session is September 18th, 2023!

This class runs twice a week = Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm.

CFS 28 Day Jump into Fitness

Welcome to CFS! Our CFS 28-Day Jump into Fitness program helps you kickstart your fitness journey with us. This program is designed to give beginners the tools they need to jump into our CFS Classic classes confidently.

You will start your 28 days with either 3 or 5 private sessions with a coach. Each private session includes a warm-up, lots of skill review, and a workout! During this time we introduce you to our facility, familiarize you with our class setup, and teach you our everyday movements! In addition to these sessions, you will receive an unlimited membership for the remaining days!

This program is also offered to small groups! Find a friend or family member ( or 2 or 3) and start your fitness journey together! Support each other in reaching your goals. Fitness is more fun with friends!

Option A 

THREE – 45-minute private sessions + unlimited classes for the remaining 28 days

  • Individual = $150 ($200 value)
  • 2 people = $125 each
  • 3 people = $85 each
  • 4 people = $75 each

Option A is a good choice for those who are somewhat familiar with exercising but would like to review the movements with a coach before jumping into classes. 

Option B

FIVE – 45-minute private sessions + unlimited classes for the remaining 28 days

  • Individual = $235 ($300 value)
  • 2 people = $190 each
  • 3 people = $135 each
  • 4 people = $110 each

Option B is a good choice for beginners who would like a bit more time to review movements before jumping into classes. We recommend this option for those who are new to fitness!
